Installers and service technicians new to Notifier panel programming will find this most useful as the course gives technical and programming perspective.

Prerequisites:

• Completed the Notifier Onyx AFP-3030 basic course
• Understanding of fire systems
• Computer literate
• Laptop required

Learning Outcomes:
On completion of the course, trainees will be able to:

• Introduction to VerifireTools Utility
• Creating, Opening, Versioning Projects in VerifireTools
• Perform upload and download of project databases – Locally and over Network
• Downloading Maintenance Reports
• Using VerifireTools for Diagnostics, Simulator, and Compare Databases
• Understand the principles of Boolean logic and CBE Logic Equations
• Understand General Zones, Logic Zones, Fault Zones and Special Zones
• Write AFP-3030 scripts and special scripts
• Program Addressable Detectors and Modules
• Program ASC Points and Smoke Control
• Program across nodes with script logic – Using NCA-2AU

• the practical exercises. They will be provided with Notifier documentation and a Magni-
